Eureka!

Those who have been party to my washing machine saga will appreciate the joy of this photograph. It's out! With a bit of help from Geoffrey, lots of pushing and pulling, some sweat but very few rude words, my Heath Robinson hoist won the day and the machine now stands where a repairer can get at it.

It's only taken a year - entirely because I believed what the previous owner told me.

Below is a reminder of the problem. The solution was to recognise that it will turn into the corridor - just - if raised about 85mm off the deck!
